Fast pass vouchers allow the bearer to cut to the front of a line. One use per ticket. Not redeemable for autograph lines.
Express Autograph Session: $30
Quantities are limited.
Two Express Guest Autograph Sessions are taking place, one on Friday evening and the other on Saturday morning of the event. This is a closed-door autograph session with all or most of the guests. Each guest’s personal autograph policies and prices remain in effect. We strive to have all convention guests at the Express Autograph session, and they usually are, but sometimes, due to schedules, some cannot make it. The session is a minimum of one hour. It has always provided ample time for attendees to obtain all desired autographs. Still, guests are not obligated to remain after that hour if time runs out.
Season Pass Info
Get all weekend access to all four Colossalcon Events for ONE Price! This season pass is good for all 2025 Colossalcon Events: Colossalcon (Sandusky, Ohio), Colossalcon East (Pocono MTNS, PA), Colossalcon Texas (Round Rock, TX), and Colossalcon North (Wisconsin Dells, WI). The season pass is not transferrable to 2026.

If you wish to participate in the VIP Autograph session, you must buy a ticket for each person in your room that wishes to participate. 1 autograph session ticket does not cover your entire room’s entry into the autograph session.
Room Package Cancellation Policy: There is a 5% cancellation fee plus processing fees that will be assessed at the time of a refund requested.
Photographer Pass Info
Anyone is welcome to take photos at the convention, but if you intend to charge people and cosplayers for photoshoots, then for their protection, we require you to purchase a photographer‘s pass. When purchasing your photographer pass, please be sure to fill out all fields so when can correctly list you.

What the Photographer Pass Provides
- 4-day convention badge access.
- Once purchased, you may make one promotional post in our cosplay Facebook group.
What the Photographer Pass Does Not Provide
- Not All-Access: This pass does not grant unrestricted access. We are working on securing front-row access for photographers at the masquerade, but final placement is determined by cosplay coordinators.
- No Authority Over Attendees: You cannot force attendees to move from an area. However, most are courteous and will likely comply if asked politely.
Additional Rules & Information
- Indoors, one light stand is allowed, with a 42” reflector limit. Clamp lights with non-marking rubberized grips are permitted. Outdoor shoots are unrestricted.
- No inverter-powered lights in indoor or outdoor water parks.
- No battery packs in the water.
- Equipment is allowed on walkways and sidewalks but must be moved if needed for accessibility.
- No lights or stands in pools or water. Keep all equipment on surrounding decks/ground.
- The Kalahari strictly prohibits drones. You can review their full policy [here].

How to use a promo code:

Admission Transfers
Transferring to another person: You can edit the name/email on your order to give your QR code to a friend. Just send them the QR code, as it can only be used 1 time.

When claiming your pass, please be sure to have your barcode print out or the barcode available on your phone from TicketTailor!
Registration Locations:
Pre reg can be picked up outside of con ops (Iron wood) Wed and Thursday. Pre reg will either still be available here on Friday, or move to Entrance B. Passes can be purchased at Entrance B of the convention center.
