Transferring your booking

If the original guest is unable to attend the event and would like to transfer your room to someone else, you must call in with both parties on the line (the original guest and the new guest). At which time the original guest will be required to a pay a $85 non-refundable cancellation/transfer fee. The original deposit will be credited back minus the above fees.

The second party (new guest) will then take over the reservation and their credit card will be charged for the deposit on this reservation and the reservation transferred to their name.

Watch Out For Room & Ticket Scammers:

Common Room Scams Things To Look Out For

They do not make a post of their own stating that they have a room or space available.
They are non-group members commenting on multiple other people’s posts that they have a room or space available.
They send private messages from a post in a group and not a public comment for a room share or room transfer.
They do not state what type of room they have or which room type space is available.
They try to convince you to do a private room transfer.
They will not transfer it on a group call with Kalahari.
They do not officially transfer the room through the Kalahari Phone Transfer System. Please see the Kalahari Room Transfer Procedure
They ask for payment in ways that cannot be refunded, like Paypal friends and family or cash app.
They ask for around $50-100, small amounts lower than it would normally be to split a room outside of massive room stuffing.
On your end, paying them shows a conversion into a foreign currency such as Euros.
They won’t take Paypal goods and services as payment, even if you offer to cover the fee.
They Offer to transfer a room with no transfer fee.
They are not using a real name, no contact information, fake FB, or other profile.

Common Ticket Scams Things To Look Out For:

Many things very similar to the above room scams as well as:
They state, “I have 4 tickets, but I can no longer attend”. Usually saying, “I have an emergency, wedding, covid, funeral.”
Their FB page does not match their profile name.
They always comment on a post, a ticket sales page, or an unrelated post, saying the same thing—usually multiple times.
They are usually never a group member or page follower.
They frequently comment on event pages offering tickets for sale.
The only place authorized to sell tickets is through our website.

Rooms are a Family Suite(2 queen beds) and come with 4 water park passes for the Great Wolf Lodge water park. There is a minimum 2 night stay required (Friday & Saturday) You can purchase additional passes for $50 each. Children under 2 do not need a waterpark wristband.

There is a $34.99 per day resort fee.

Great Wolf Lodge is cashless.

Cancellation/Booking policy: There is a minimum 2 night stay for Thursday/Friday, Friday/Saturday, or Saturday/Sunday night. The first night’s stay is due upon booking, and the remainder of your stay will be charged to your credit card on May 10th. Cancelling your stay after 5pm on May 10th will forfeit your payment/deposit for the entire stay.
