Please read the following before applying for Press Badges:
- Each year, Colossalcon grants a limited number of free press badges to established media outlets that are heavily anime-themed showcasing what all our convention has to offer.
- If your primary goal is to write articles, reviews, do interviews, etc, apply for press badges below. If your primary goal is to book paid cosplay photos, please purchase a photographer badge.
- There is a maximum of 2 badges per group unless the group can demonstrate a need for more.
- We cannot guarantee interviews with guests and are granted at the discretion of each guest.
- We will work with you to grant access to events you want to cover, but we can not guarantee it.
- We only provide weekend access badges to the convention. Colossalcon will not provide room, travel, waterpark access, food, etc.
- Personal blogs will not be considered as a media outlet.
- If your application is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions and the designated location to collect your Press Badges.
