Admission

What is your refund policy for badges?

All badge purchases are non-refundable.

What happens if I lose my badge?

Lost badges may need to be repurchased. Before you repurchase your badge make sure you’ve done the following:

  • Make sure you write your name on your badge when you pick it up.
  • Check with Lost & Found at Con Ops and the front desk of the hotel!
    • In the event that our lost and found team has not been given a badge with your information on it, you will need to repurchase your badge.
I can only attend Saturday and Sunday. Can I still purchase a Multi-Day pass?

Yes! Multi-Day passes will be available for purchase on-site for the remaining days of the event.

I pre-purchased admission but haven’t received anything in the mail. Where is my badge?

Badges are not mailed in advance. After purchasing, you’ll receive an email from Ticket Tailor with a QR code. Bring this (printed or on your phone) to Admissions to pick up your badge.

I pre-purchased admission. What do I need to bring to pick up my badge?

Please bring your Ticket Tailor QR code (printed or on your phone) to Admissions for scanning.

Can I buy admission at the door?

Yes! Admission will be available for purchase online and at the door. We accept both cash and credit card payments.

I’m a minor. Do I need to be accompanied by an adult?

Minors are not required to be accompanied by an adult. However, any parent or guardian entering the convention must have their own badge. Children 10 and under may attend for free with a badge-holding adult. Children 11 and older must have their own badge.

When can I pick up my badge?

Badges can be picked up at Admissions during posted hours. Please check our Hours of Operation page for specific times.

Can I leave and re-enter the convention?

Yes! Your badge allows for re-entry throughout the weekend. Be sure to keep it with you at all times.

Can I transfer my badge to someone else?

If you are unable to attend, you may give your badge to someone else. To do this, simply provide them with the QR code from Ticket Tailor so they can pick up the badge from Admissions. Please remember that this QR code can only be used once.

Accessibility

Accessible Seating

Our staff will be happy to help ensure you are comfortably seated at events in regards to your disability. This may include removing chairs from a row to accommodate wheelchairs or mobility aids, allowing guests with visual or hearing disabilities to sit near the front, or ensuring that those with sensory issues can sit towards the back. While this may not automatically grant front-of-line privileges, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Animal Policy

Service animals, as defined by the ADA, are welcome at all our events. Service animals are dogs or miniature horses that are individually trained to perform specific tasks for individuals with disabilities in a wide range of environments. Please note that while emotional support or companion animals are important, they are not recognized as service animals under the ADA and do not have public access rights. Please be sure to check the pet policy of the venue, as we must abide by each venue's pet policies, and know that if a service animal is not house broken, displaying aggression, etc., it may be asked to leave. If you require accommodations or have specific accessibility needs, please reach out to us via our disability services email address or visit our Help & Safety Booth during event hours.

Hygiene Products

We understand that the unexpected can happen. When it does, Con Ops has a small supply of hygiene products including spray on deodorant, aloe gel (in case of burns), band-aids, hand sanitizer, and uterine hygiene products. Please stop by Con Ops and ask for what you need!

PCA Assistance

If you require assistance from your PCA during the event you may request a complimentary standard day pass at the Registration booth for the day(s) you will be attending. If you are a VIP and believe that you may need your PCA while in line, please stop by our Help & Safety desk so they can assist.

Quiet Room

We provide a designated Quiet Room in the convention center for guests that may be overwhelmed or overstimulated. In order to ensure this room remains a quiet space and does not become a hangout, it is not on the convention map. Please ask our Help & Safety team for access to the Quiet Room and we'll be happy to assist you.
