Believe it or not, we are not actually a group of cats! Con Academy: Teaching the Stuff is a panelist group a long time in the making.

Many eons ago, a group of friends came together over a love of anime, gaming, movies, comics and more.  One day, back in (*cough cough*) 2009, that group of like-minded people had the brilliant idea of going to their first anime convention together.  That experience was so awesome, that we attended a second one later that year and performed our very first panel, technical difficulties included. After that we couldn't get enough, attending 2-3 conventions a year and performing as many panels as we could get accepted. Then, in 2023, we finally got our act together and formed an official panelist group. 

Now, here we are, performing fun and (hopefully) educational pop culture-based panels and loving every second of it!
